Mr. Zulquar Nain is a Development Professional with a masters degree in Sociology. Over the years, he has demonstrated his expertise in the development sector, worked as National Consultant with United Nations, International Trade Centre and worked with other organizations on various roles, including Country Liaison Coordinator (Pakistan) at Canada Prime Marketing, District Field Officer at HelpAge International, and Field Officer for the World Bank Funded Sindh Agriculture Growth Project supervised by G3 Engineering Consultant (Pvt Ltd), Social Mobilizer at Plan International Pakistan. Also, he worked with UNIOM, a UN migrant agency in Pakistan during flood emergency 2010-11 in North Sindh, PRD Pakistan, and HRDO Sindh. His experience extends to diverse areas such as Monitoring, Operations, Administrations, Logistics, Distribution, Camp Management, surveys, assessments, coordination, and mobilization.
Beyond his professional endeavors, he is a skilled writer with a proficiency in crafting articles, success stories, and photography. His ability to multitask efficiently has been pivotal throughout his career.
He is also a dedicated Human Rights activist, having founded an NGO and participating in various international groups such as the International Camping Fellowship, Alpine Club of Pakistan, SHACK Adventure group of Pakistan, and Pakistan Boy Scout.
He possesses strong problem-solving abilities and result-oriented orientation. Moreover, his sensitivity to gender and humanitarian issues underscores his dedication to making a positive impact.

The field Officer will assist the all four project implementations Unites (PIUs) on day-to-day project activities.
The field Officer will verify the documents, farmers share/ support the technology packages distributions/ training of growers and all other project activities. Development, collection and maintenance of beneficiary's data on regular basis and updating the project management unit regularly.
Support and establish a centralized beneficiaries database for all project-based interventions.
Conduct inspection of material (Technology packages) delivered by suppliers at the field level, ensuring all members availability.
Record and communicate the grievances of beneficiaries for timely redressed
The Field Officer would analyze and provide the demand of technology packages and ensure timely supply of the same through respective project contracted suppliers Project implementation committee will support the further strengthening of Project implementation Units and other agriculture extension offices for effective and efficient delivery of the interventions of the project on day-to-day business.
Conduct community mobilization activities of the Project under close supervision of the Project Manager.
Facilitate Community Resource Persons in triggering CLTS/PATS, developing community action plan, with particular focus on school and community activities with women, men and children.
Establish contacts with community stakeholders to strengthen capacity of community groups including village organization/community organization, women groups, and children WASH clubs in schools and in communities; and support CRPs and LHWs.Provide training assistance to and advise community groups including children WASH clubs, women group, VO/CO and CRPs on project activities; Ensure maximum participation of children, men and women in sub-committees of different thematic programs.
Comply with the requirements of Plan International Pakistan Child Protection Policy to ensure maximum protection for children. Ensure project targets in terms of ODF in his/her targeted area are achieved and sustained.
Conduct training sessions for CRP to develop their capacity to implement community mobilization activities especially on PATS/ CLTS. Conduct initial level capacity building sessions with sub-committees on different thematic areas, program manuals etc.
Conduct the VO/CO/WASH club capacity assessment to develop their capacity building plans during the life of the project.
